Edible oils need closures engineered for low-permeability seals and pourer geometry. Delta El Nile for Industry manufactures both 29/21 1-piece (single HDPE shell) and 29/21 2-piece (HDPE shell + PP pourer insert) closures. Validated for sunflower, palm, blended, and olive oils. Supplied to leading bottlers across Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Sudan and the Gulf.

What is the difference between 1-piece and 2-piece oil closures?
1-piece is a single HDPE shell — lower cost, fast filling. 2-piece adds a PP pourer insert that improves controlled pour, drip-free dispensing, and shelf-appeal. 2-piece is preferred for premium and retail SKUs.
Are your oil closures suitable for aseptic?
Standard 29/21 closures handle ambient and warm-fill (up to 55°C). For aseptic processes >70°C we supply HDPE grades with higher heat resistance — confirm filler temperature in your RFQ.
Do you offer custom colors for oil closures?
Yes. Standard Pantone-matched colors, in-mold liners and embossed branding all supported. Color MOQ 500K units per SKU.
