Is Delta El Nile for Industry's entire production on Husky equipment?
All preform injection runs on Husky systems. Closure manufacturing uses a separate equipment portfolio appropriate to compression and injection-molded closure formats. The Husky preform platform is the larger and more visible part of the operation.
How does Husky equipment affect lead times for new SKUs?
Existing approved tooling: samples shipped on confirmation, production from approved order. New mold development: 12-16 weeks for mold fabrication + 4-8 weeks for validation cycles. Husky's mold-change protocol shortens validation by re-using existing mold-mount and tooling references.
