Yes. PCO 1881 is the global standard for CSD bottle necks across both PepsiCo and Coca-Cola filling systems. Our 1881 preforms are interchangeable with any standard 1881 bottle blow-molding line. We are an approved supplier for both PepsiCo and Coca-Cola.
Yes — lightweighting is one of our most active engineering areas. We have validated reductions on 600ml, 1.5L, and 2L formats with customers across MENA. Co-engineering process: Husky mould simulation → trial production → in-house lab validation (drop-test, top-load, pressure-cycle) → customer-side approval. Typical timeline: 18 weeks from first conversation to validated production.
Up to 100% rPET capability on the platform, but the deployed ratio depends on your regulatory window. CSD applications often have lower rPET tolerance than water due to flavor migration concerns. Most CSD customers run 25-30% rPET; some run higher in the EU regulatory framework. We validate per customer per market.
For approved SKUs already in our 19-reference catalog: typically 1 week from PO to first delivery, depending on volume and resin specification. For new co-engineered SKUs: 14-22 weeks. Multi-year supply contracts unlock the most efficient lead times and pricing structures.
