- Weight ±0.05 g, dimensions, neck-finish gauge

Bottle Performance Lab
- Stretch ratio & wall distribution after blow

Traceability — resin to pallet
Every finished pallet links to: resin lot · dryer cycle · machine · mold cavity · shift · operator · QC record. Records retained 10 years.
Resin receipt
Bulk silo or octabin with supplier CoA. Each lot gets a Delta lot ID; IV / AA / moisture verified before release.
Drying & molding
Husky HyPET / HyCAP machines. Mold-cavity ID stamped on every preform. SPC charts logged per shift.
In-process QC
Weight, dimensions, AA every hour. SPC out-of-control = batch hold & root-cause investigation.
Pallet & ship
Pallet label: SKU, lot ID, cavity ID, shift, qty, COA reference. Scannable for instant recall.
