PET preforms for water, CSD, oil, juice and dairy. 54 approved SKUs · 9–668.5 g · nine neck-finish families.
Quick answer: Delta El Nile for Industry manufactures PET preforms in New Salhiya City, Egypt for water, CSD, juice, dairy and edible-oil bottles. With 35+ injection lines, 88,660 MT/year capacity and 54+ approved SKUs, it supports lightweighting and standard neck finishes. FSSC 22000 V6 certified and operating since 1996, supplying on a quote basis across the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
PET preforms across CSD (PCO 1881 + 1810), Water (29/25 + 48 mm), Edible Oil (29/21 + 42/36), Juice & Milk (32/15 + 38 mm), and 5-gallon returnable. Filter by application, neck finish, weight, or volume — every SKU shows approved technical fields.
PET preforms — also known as plastic preforms, plastic ampoules, or preformed PET bottles — are moulded from polyethylene terephthalate (PET), serving mineral-water, carbonated-soft-drink, edible-oil, dairy, liquid-detergent and cosmetics packaging.
Clarity you can see — precision you can trust.
Every preform runs on multi-cavity tooling with tight weight and neck-finish control, so what leaves our lines stays consistent bottle after bottle — across 54 SKUs from the 9 g range up.

Sealing thread — PCO 1881
The molded thread the cap screws onto. PCO 1881 is the lightweight standard for carbonated soft drinks and water (lighter than legacy PCO 1810), engaging the closure for a pressure-tight seal.
PET neck finishes at a glance

| Neck finish | Application | Typical weight | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| PCO 1881 | CSD & water | 13–54 g | The lightweight industry standard for carbonated soft drinks and water — our most popular finish. |
| PCO 1810 | CSD & sports | 37.5 g | Taller legacy neck for sports caps and some water lines. |
| 29/25 | Water | 9–30 g | High-volume still water, including lightweight (LW) versions. |
| 48 mm | Water | 83 g | Large-format and handle water bottles. |
| 55 mm | Water | 340–668.5 g | 5-gallon and returnable large-format water. |
| 32/15 | Juice & dairy | 11–32 g | Juice and ESL dairy — food-grade. |
| 38 mm | Juice & dairy | 15–28 g | Wide-mouth juice, dairy and vending. |

Questions procurement teams ask us most.
PCO 1881 (CSD primary), PCO 1810 (CSD legacy), 29/25 (water primary), 48 mm (water large-format), 55 (5-gallon), 29/21 (edible oil), 42/36 (5L oil), 32/15 (juice & milk primary), and 38 mm (wide-mouth juice/dairy/specialty). Every SKU page lists the exact neck finish, weight, volume, and length.
Yes. Lightweighting, new SKU development, and geometry changes are routine. Our engineering team analyzes existing preforms, runs Husky mold simulations, and validates through in-house lab testing (drop-test, top-load, stress-cracking, dimensional verification) before scale production. Typical co-engineering timeline is 8-18 weeks from first conversation to validated production.
Up to 100% rPET capability across most SKUs, with the specific tolerable ratio dependent on (a) the customer's food-safety regulatory window, (b) the rPET source quality (FDA/EFSA-approved feedstock), and (c) the preform application. The Co-PET 5-gallon returnable is engineered for high-rPET programs. We support customers from 0% rPET (virgin only) through full 100% rPET integration on validated programs.
MOQ depends on the SKU and resin specification, but our integrated platform allows competitive MOQs even for new program launches. For standard SKUs from the 54-reference catalog, smaller initial orders are possible to support customer trials. Multi-year supply agreements unlock the most efficient pricing structures.
