PET Preform — PCO 1881 (CSD)
Drag to rotate the PCO 1881 carbonated-soft-drink preform and inspect the neck finish. The PCO 1881 finish is about 1.3 g lighter than the legacy PCO 1810 — lower resin cost per bottle at equal performance.

Three reasons buyers choose us.
PCO 1881 is what global FMCG specifies
The PCO 1881 neck finish replaced PCO 1810 as the global standard for CSD bottling because the lower-profile 13.5 mm neck trimmed PET from every preform and paired with a lighter (~1 g) HDPE cap, and reduced shipping volume per pallet. PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, and most regional bottlers specify PCO 1881 by default for new lines.
Approved on three of the world's largest beverage brands
Delta El Nile for Industry holds active approved-supplier status for PCO 1881 preforms across PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, and RC Cola. The qualification process for each took 18-24 months and includes mold approvals, dimensional validation, drop-test, top-load, and stress-cracking gates. Once approved, audit cycles repeat annually.
Husky equipment, advanced injection platform
All PCO 1881 production runs on Husky injection systems. Husky is the global de-facto standard for high-volume PET preform manufacturing — selecting Husky is what locks in tight CTQ tolerances and enables ramp-ups without re-qualification.
Common questions.
What PCO 1881 weights do you support?
13g, 15g, 17g, 18.5g, 18.7g, 20g, 22.2g, 23.6g, 25.15g, 30.5g, 32.5g, 33.3g, 35g, 38g, 42g, 45g, 49g, 53.6g — 18 approved SKUs spanning 250ml to 2.5L applications.
Can you co-engineer custom weights or wall thicknesses?
Yes. Lightweighting projects require a co-engineering window with the customer's quality and bottle-blow team — typically 8-12 weeks from spec lock to validated samples. We have references for projects that cut 1g per unit (~800 MT/year savings on a 35%-of-volume SKU).
What's the minimum order quantity for PCO 1881?
MOQ is configurable based on tooling status. From existing approved tooling: 200,000 units typical minimum per SKU. From new mold development: tooling investment scales with cavity count and customer's annual volume commitment.
