Every 32/15 SKU in our production list has been validated on at least one aseptic line model (Tetra Pak, Sidel, or SIG) for aseptic (cold-fill) juice and dairy. Common questions
What's the difference between 32/15 and 38mm for juice?
32/15 (33mm thread, 15mm thread length) is the MENA standard for sealed-cap juice with tamper-evident bands. 38mm is used for larger pack formats and certain sport-cap dairy applications. Different cap families, different throat profile — they're not interchangeable. Most MENA juice producers run on 32/15.
Can I get a sample preform before placing an order?
Yes. Standard SKUs (any of the 12 in production) ship as 25-50 piece sample bags on email confirmation, couriered from Egypt. Custom geometries take 4-6 weeks for tooling and qualification. Samples are sent free for serious procurement evaluations (we ask which SKU and what production line model).
What materials are the 32/15 preforms made from?
Virgin food-grade bottle-grade PET (IV 0.76-0.80 typical) from approved resin suppliers including Indorama, ALPEK, and Reliance. rPET blends up to 100% post-consumer content are available for programs that meet the rPET qualification path (see rpet-packaging.html). All grades are FSSC 22000 V6 compliant.
Are 32/15 preforms compatible with my existing capping line?
32/15 is a published industry standard so any capping line spec'd for 32/15 will accept our preforms. Documented compatibility with Krones, Sidel, KHS, SACMI, and Tetra Pak capping heads. The fine-tune is on cap torque, not preform dimension — we provide our published thread spec for line setup.
