Delta’s FSSC certificate covers PET preform injection and PET bottle blowing. The certificate number, issuer, validity and exact scope are published on the certifications page and should be checked for the applicable customer program.

Production records connect released preform lots to resin, shift, equipment and quality-release data. Those records support targeted investigation and containment when a customer reports an issue.
Owner-attested filling-line experience
Delta has owner-attested validation experience for 32/15 and 38 mm juice and dairy preforms on Sidel and Krones aseptic systems. This is not blanket approval for every SKU or filling condition; final suitability requires review of the product, fill temperature, sterilization method, bottle design and customer trials.

Common questions
What's the difference between food-grade and food-contact?
Food-contact means the material is approved to touch food (FDA 21 CFR § 177.1630 covers PET specifically). Food-grade is a broader claim: the material is approved AND manufactured under food-safety quality programs (FSSC 22000, ISO 22000) that include HACCP, allergen control, environmental monitoring, and traceability. Delta's preforms meet both — every SKU.
Can you supply preforms for aseptic juice or ESL dairy?
Delta has owner-attested validation experience for 32/15 and 38 mm juice and dairy preforms on Sidel and Krones aseptic systems. Final suitability is project-specific and requires engineering review of the product, process, bottle design and customer trials.
How quickly can you produce a Certificate of Analysis for a shipped lot?
Each shipped lot's CoA is generated automatically at QC release and emailed alongside the shipping documents within the same day. Re-issues of historical CoAs are available on request, including resin grade attestation, dimensional QC results, and microbiological clearance for food-contact lots.
Do you support rPET (recycled PET) for food-contact applications?
Yes — Delta supplies food-grade rPET blends for selected customer programmes; the ratio is agreed per customer and application. Each rPET program requires customer-specific qualification because food-contact rPET rules vary by destination market (EU is stricter than MENA on letter-of-non-objection requirements).
