Which closure formats does Delta produce?
12 production SKUs: PCO 1881 (CSD), 29/25 (water), 32/15 (juice and milk), 29/21 1-piece and 2-piece (edible oil), 37mm press-on, 38mm, 48mm and 48mm handle, plus 55mm standard, 55mm lid, and 55mm with foam liner for wide-mouth applications.
Do you supply closures matched to specific preform neck finishes?
Yes — and we publish the matching table on each closure detail page. PCO 1881 closures pair with PCO 1881 preforms; 29/25 closures with 29/25 water preforms; 32/15 closures with 32/15 juice/milk preforms; 29/21 closures with 29/21 edible-oil preforms. Cross-matching across families is not supported (different thread profiles).
What's the minimum order quantity per closure SKU?
From existing tooling: typically 240,000 pieces per SKU per order (matches one Closure Carton pallet group). Larger orders ship in jumbo cartons up to 6,000 pieces per box. New mold development scales with annual volume commitment.
Are food-contact materials and dyes FDA / EFSA approved?
All standard production grades use FDA 21 CFR § 177 and EU 10/2011 (EFSA) approved HDPE and polypropylene compounds. Custom colours are sourced from the same approved palette. Certificates of conformity are issued per batch.
